		<description>Having been a Mortgage Broker for just over a year now, I've seen how upside-down people who look like "a million bucks" can really be.  It truly is often sad.

Even more disturbing is knowing that 1 in 3 homeowners really don't know what they signed up for when they took out their home loan(s).  It's those people who think they got such a great "deal" but end up with a big nasty surprise after sometimes just a year or two.

That's why I got into this industry - to try to help people get through their painful situations, find out what they really need (mortgage-wise), and provide them with the best loan program for their particular situation.  To give them their financial-life back and reduce their slavery to their lenders.</description>
