We attempt to exude God's love and our passion to be Christ Followers instead of the typical definition of a cultural christian. This is not said in anger anymore because of our past hurt, but with much sorrow for those who continue to choose that cultural "christian" lifestyle. One thing we have learned is that hurting people hurt people...but our God is so much bigger than that and He does bring peace, healing and wisdom through it all---He always gets some kind of glory out of the persecution or struggles we have gone through as a family. Just like you probably have already experienced these times assist in caring for others coming up along side of us when they need the healing, it allows for relating in a way that the hurting people need, ya know when they need that tangible hug from God that can come from a brother or sister who has been in a similar place.
