Angie I just wanted to stop in and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I want to especially thank you for the words of encouragement and the prayers for Marc and I. I know people say they are praying for you all the time, but somehow I have felt your prayers. I pray for you, Byron and C3. May God continue to bless your ministry and the people around you.

Thanks for posting this, Angie. Some good news: The family got a small extension. They have until the end of next week now and hopefully before then they will be able to get an even longer extension. Also they have a couple job prospects so hopefully those will come through! God can do amazing things...we're so thankful for C3 making it possible for us to help all these families!!

yes, sometimes we get so wrapped up in thinking of all the things in our own lives that aren't just as we'd like them to be, and forget that some people would be content with not having to worry about a place to sleep and food for their family. We get so selfish sometimes. It is good to stop and feel other's pain. It makes us embrace the huge way our lives are filled with plenty.
