I love my dogs! I have two: an almost 10 year old Sheltie and a 3 & a half pound Maltese.
Both of them are wonderful companions….
But, the men in my life desire MORE…….more testosterone…..more… sheer POUNDAGE!!!

Well, I have a Great Dane. I feel so safe when it’s just me and my son at home. He’s truly a protector sent from God. Consider the Mastif. Great dogs…gentle giants. Hope you don’t mind slobber! Think of “Turner and Hooch.”
We had a bull mastiff and it was the best dog we have ever had! It is true, they are gentle giants! I will pray you get one

Not a dog person (please don’t hate me..lol). And if someone tried to bring a dog that size home I think I would just start crying. I will pray for you though, sounds like you are going to have your hands (feet, head, etc) full!!!
Well, I will pray for you too. My only concern would be the amount of SLOBBER….oh, and maybe getting things knocked over in your beautiful home. You may have to “Doggie Proof” the house for the Little guy! LOL

Oh my word! We’ve had a St Bernard before .. but that dog is HUGE! Try to talk them into a bulldog … very manly … and very sweet!
