When you don’t know what to blog….

…maybe you should just post another BLONDE JOKE!

Q: A one armed blonde is hanging from a tree. How can you make her fall?
A: You wave at her!

Hey, that one’s kind of mean….but, at least that blonde is friendly!! :-)

But, I’ll give this joke thing “another chance”:

“Another Chance”:

One day a big group of blondes met in New York to show the world that blondes aren’t dumb.
They begged: “Ask any of us any question, and we will show you that we’re not dumb.”

The group caught the attention of a passer by, who volunteered to ask them some questions. He climbed up on a car and randomly picked a blonde out of the crowd.
She got up on the car too and the man asked: “What is the first month of the year?”
The blonde responded: “November?”

“Nope,” said the man. At this point the crowd began to chant, “Give her another chance, give her another chance.”

So the man asked: “What is the capital of the U.S.A ?”
The blonde responded: “Paris?”
So the crowd began chanting again: “Give her another chance, give her another chance.”

The man said: “Okay, but this is the last one. What is one plus one?”
The blonde replied: “Two?”

“Give her another chance, Give her another chance.” screamed the crowd.

See, we blondes are a friendly and generous bunch! :-)

Have a great evening….

Peace.

So, Now It’s Monday…

…and I feel like I thought I would - like a zombie!

Yesterday was awesome. I’m still working on pics from Saturday and Sunday - a few of them are already on the “C3 ROCKS” page, and there are more on the “Women of C3″ blog.

So many people had great things to say about our first service in the theaters. Of course, Byron had some things to say - and then Barry Leather said this.

Darrell had this to say in his blog. And Ali said this about her family’s experience.

Music moves me. All night, the words to one of the songs we sang yesterday played over and over in my head.

“Closer” (by Charlie Hall):

Beautiful are the words spoken to me
Beautiful is the one who is speaking

Come in close, come in close and speak
Come in close, come closer to me

The power of Your words
are filled with grace and mercy
Let them fall on my ears and break my stony heart

Come in close, come in close and speak
Come in close, come closer to me…

For me, yesterday was about grace and mercy - and the power of the Words of God! Now I just need Him to come in closer, closer…and give me - give all of us the strength to keep up this pace.

So, today I’ll rest so that after this week of work, we can do it all over again next Sunday. I’m exhausted - but, the truth is, I can’t wait!

Because, “…beautiful are the words spoken to me” - and “beautiful is the One who is speaking”!

Peace and rest to you.

THE BEST BLONDE JOKE OF THE YEAR - SO FAR:

A man was in his front yard mowing grass when his attractive blonde female neighbor came out of the house and went straight to the mailbox.

She opened it then slammed it shut and stormed back in the house.

A little later she came out of her house again went to the mail box and again, opened it, slammed it shut again. Angrily, back into the house she went.

As the man was getting ready to edge the lawn, here she came out again, marched to the mail box, opened it and then slammed it closed harder than ever.

Puzzled by her actions the man asked her, “Is something wrong?”

To which she replied, “There certainly is!”

(Are you ready? This is a beauty..)

My stupid computer keeps saying, “YOU’VE GOT MAIL!”

So, it’s another Wednesday…another day to celebrate all the little funny things that make us smile.

Every smile is a gift! I hope you are blessed with an abundance today…

Peace out!
